About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented PPC Manager to lead our paid advertising strategy. This is a remote position, but candidates must be available full-time from 11am to 7pm Costa Rica time (CST). You’ll manage ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram, helping us dominate the SERPs for keywords related to Roofers San Diego and Roofing Contractors in San Diego.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Create and manage Facebook and Instagram Ads campaigns focused on lead generation
• Analyze and report on performance via Google Analytics, GA4, and ad platform dashboards
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting, especially within the San Diego roofing market
• Implement tracking (Google Tag Manager, Pixel, Conversions API) and ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with our content, design, and web team to optimize landing pages for conversion
• Continuously test ad copy, creatives, and CTAs to improve ROAS
• Stay up-to-date with trends in paid advertising, especially for home improvement and construction industries

Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Proven track record with lead generation for local service businesses or home services
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Google Ads certification preferred
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Business Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Must be able to work full-time remotely, available from 11am–7pm CST (Costa Rica time)
• Experience with roofing, construction, or real estate industries is a huge plus
