We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform (cloud hosting, payment processors, analytics), in connection with business transfers such as mergers or acquisitions, when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, and with your explicit consent.

After account termination, active data is retained for 30 days to allow account recovery, certain data may be retained longer for legal, tax, or audit purposes, and some data may be anonymized and retained for analytics purposes. Peak Builders use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
What We Access
When you connect your Google account, we may access Gmail (read, compose, send, and manage email messages to enable email automation and CRM features), Google Calendar (read and write calendar events to enable scheduling and appointment features), Google Drive (read and manage files you explicitly select for use within our platform), and Google Contacts (read contact information to populate your CRM).
How We Use Google Data
We use data from Google APIs solely to provide and improve our services for you. Email data is used to sync communications with your CRM, enable AI-powered responses, and automate workflows. Calendar data is used to schedule appointments, send reminders, and coordinate your business activities. Drive files are used only when you explicitly select them for use within our platform. Contact data is used to populate and enrich your CRM contacts.
Restrictions on Use
Peak Builders does not use Google user data for advertising purposes, sell Google user data to third parties, use Google user data to build user profiles for advertising, or share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.
Data Retention
Google API data is retained only as long as necessary to provide our services. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings or by disconnecting the integration in Peak Builders.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to access your personal information and request a copy in a portable format (Access and Portability), update or correct your account information at any time through your account settings (Correction), request deletion of your personal information subject to certain legal exceptions (Deletion), opt out of marketing communications at any time (Opt-Out), and manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or our cookie consent tool (Cookie Preferences).
8. International Data Transfers
Peak Builders is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission for data transfers.
