What You’ll Do
- Install, repair, and replace all major roofing systems.
- Detect leaks, repair flashing, and waterproof roofs to code.
- Follow OSHA safety standards for fall protection, ladders, and PPE.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and watertight integrity.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and site supervisors.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential or commercial roofing experience.
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and work at heights year-round.
- Knowledge of OSHA fall-protection rules.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation in San Diego County.
- California C-39 license (or ability to work under our license) preferred.
