I worked with Jonathan of Peak Builders & Roofers for my total roof replacement. He walked me through the quote, answered my questions through the project as well as potential change orders that may occur. They addressed areas of concern I had due to repairs from prior homeowners and the quote I received was better due to longer workmanship warranties. Overall we are happy with the quality and work done. They also handled the removal and reinstallation of our solar panels at a much more reasonable price per panel.

I hired Peak Builders and Roofers to renovate my deck because it had started to crack and I was worried about water leaking beneath it. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Enrique, the lead project manager, was incredible—responsive, thoughtful, and on top of every detail. The whole team was professional, efficient, and unbelievably hardworking. I have had them come out 2 times now. The first was for a roof leak a year ago. Enrique came out and got an estimate and the repair done within 2 weeks. We have not had an issue since. Recently we had gutter installation and Enrique got me a quote that was way cheaper than leaf guard and without the sales tactics. Their work does the sales for them. With the recent storms hitting San Diego, I have found a renewed sense of appreciation for the excellent work Peak Builders did on my house. Last Feb they handled a tile roof repair, a stucco and flashing replacement on my deck, and replacement of several outdoor poles and beams. Bob Miller was the point man, very agreeable and always available to talk through any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Peak Builders!

I used Peak Builders a few years ago to do a large project on my house: reroof, fix stucco, replace siding on my house, place new front porch pillars and paint everything. I had gotten many estimates at the time and felt their prices were the most reasonable and they had amazing reviews. Enrique led the project of changing our roof and was beyond helpful with the whole process. The roofers were very good at their jobs and always left the place clean after each day. It was super quick and painless, with a great looking roof to show for it.

There was a lot more termite damage than I had expected but the Peak Builder's team took it all in stride. They quickly and carefully repaired everything while installing 4 new skylights, too. Even my neighbors commented on how professional the roofing team conducted their work. The whole team is very diligent and professional.

I was experiencing leaking and my concrete tile roof was due for a lift and reset. Enrique provided great detail and communication all throughout the duration of the project, start to finish. His team was able to start sooner than expected. It truly shows that the team took care in doing a good job. They even cleaned up after themselves each day.
