Warranties on roofing work and materials are provided separately in written contracts and are not part of these Terms of Service for the Site.

In no event shall Peak Builders or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use materials on Peak Builders' Site, even if Peak Builders or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
